Peppermint Essential oil
Peppermint leaves contain several essential oils including menthol, menthone and limonene. Menthol gives peppermint its cooling properties and recognizably minty scent. While peppermint tea is often drunk for its flavor, it may also have several health benefits, such as treatment of headaches.
Records of the medicinal use of mint plants go all the way back to the times of Ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils for theraputic benefit. When inhaled the scent molecules in the essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain and impact the amygdala.
